Do you have back/neck/shoulder pain?
Grooves on your shoulders?
How old are you?
Height? Weight?
if you feel you need a breast reduction by all means look into it.
Don't ask for opinions when YOU are the one that should decide.

I am not to sure- do you really think that you need it done?
I am having a reduction next week from a 34G to a 34DD. When I was a 34D ( I was 15) I had no back problems, no trouble fitting into bras and no trouble finding and looking good in clothes. If you have back pain then try exercising your back and really strengthening your abdominal muscles (this will help with pain)
Also don't ask guys what they think, it is only up to you- I have asked some male friends of mine who have seen my breasts and they agreed that I should get a reduction but mine are 3 Full cup sizes larger than yours. It sounds as if you are trying to brag about having 34D's, as most guys would tell you that they are a great size for breasts
