My question is when Jesus rose from the dead was it raining? The reason I ask this is because havent you all noticed every easter it rains? Its not a happin to be.I think it is gods way of trying to tell us the weather. I mean in the bible it doesn't say the weather. Mabe this is Jesus trying to fill in the blanks but nobody is tryig to read his signs. You all prob. think im retarded for even posting this but i think their is a possibility.

What do yall think?

The only weather related Biblical sign that recurs that I can think of is the rainbow which is God's promise that He will never flood the earth again.

Nothing in the Bible would indicate that it was raining. Rather, if it was raining and stormy, the women going to the tomb probably would have waiting for the weather to change.

Plus, the weather patterns in Israel or very different then in the USA or Europe. The spring is one of their dray seasons, were it is unlikely that it would rain. Opposite of the us, where it is usually a rainy season.

Doesn't matter the weather, although I think if it was a heavy rain, there'd have been a mention of it in the Bible.

Don't compare our weather and climate to 1st century Judea, it's much more arid there today than most of the United States or Europe. In Southern California, which has a climate more comparable to Israel, it rarely rains on Easter Sunday.

I don't think the bible mentions rain.
The fact that he rose is good enough for me the weather means nothing.

Hey dreamy? not only did it rain, the very hour jesus died, the clouds darkened the sky.
and if you ever have a chance to read the Book of mormon particularly 3 nephi ch. 10,to 19, there was very great earthquakes and darkness upon the land in the western hemisphere for 3 days.

I don't think so, because I've experienced some Easters that were bright, sunny, rain-free, and joyous.

If it rains where I am tomorrow, I'll take it as a sign.
