This is not a typical prayer request. I believe strongly in the power of prayer. So much so in fact that I believe it is keeping me alive. I believe my family members are praying for me so much that God is not allowing me to come home. 7 weeks ago my girlfriend was killed in a plane crash. We had been together just short of 5 years. She would be 32 on Friday. I was planning my proposal to her for months. I have nothing left to live for. I want to be with her and I welcome death. I no longer want to be here. I am not suicidal, I believe that is the ultimate sin that cannot be forgiven. I want people to pray for me to go home. Maybe you have a sick loved one. I could go in their place. I would sacrifice my self for anyone so that they do not have to experience the pain that I am "living" through. I want people to pray to God to take me home to be with my love. I waited 27 years to meet her. I can't be on earth for decades without her. I have a love for her that I can't explain in words.

I will pray for you especially that God's will will be done with you and through you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I just recently lost my best friend, my mother and I'm still in much pain and loneliness. Perhaps though, God has a purpose for your life even though she has gone on. You should pray for His will. If it is His will to keep you alive, then He will certainly give you a purpose and a desire to live. Let time heal your grief. Many times in life we long for something other than the pain that we're in, but God has a way of getting us through it, not giving us an escape out of it. You won't be feeling like this a year or two from now. Your pain is like a fresh wound but as it heals it will be less and less intense.

I have already been praying for you since I first saw your question several hours ago. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I know exactly what you are going through. My darling Gordon died very suddenly and violently 9 months ago. You say the exact words that I was saying about not wanting to be here and I know that the emptiness you feel is cavernous and almost beyond description. Your grief is so raw at the moment that you are unable to see the way ahead, but I promise you, that it does get bearable. At one point my grief was so huge, I really thought I was going to die but God is good and has carried me when I have been too weak to go on. For me, it still hurts but I am beginning to see that there is a future. God tells us to cast our cares on him. If you seek him you will find him and with him you will cope. Please read Matthew 11 verses 28 -30. Bless you

I am so very sorry for the loss of your girlfriend. I cannot even imagine the pain you're experiencing, I know you must be heartbroken and I am truly so sorry. I will say a prayer for you and ask God to help you through this awful time of sadness.

God bless you.

You may feel like there is nothing left to live for anymore, but don't sacrifice yourself for anyone else.
Even though you're going through a tremendous amount of pain, do you know that there is a cure?
Time. That's why we will pray for you to keep you strong.
The ultimate sin is suicide.
But the ultimate gift is life.
Cherish it.

I pray you find peace. Jesus said not to get to attached to things that are Earthly. Remember your real destiny and be delighted and grateful with the earth experience as hard as it may be. Your proving yourself and passing tests for later. God Bless

I will absolutely pray for peace for you.

My heart goes out to you. I had the same feeling when my childhood best friend died when we were 25 years old. She was more like my sister than my friend-- and I miss her to this day.

Keeping you in prayer...

*hugs*
wow this is a tough one
and I am so sorry for what has happened
but you said some words that I am going to return to you
and maybe you will understand in time what I am saying

"I would sacrifice my self for anyone so that they do not have to experience the pain that I am "living" through "

living through

that means that you will get through this

for now , it doesnt seem like it
but some time down the line , you may be that shoulder/ear/hand for someone who also has to " live through this "

please hang on , stay strong and see what happens
God knows your heart , and if it is his will then you will go home
but if not , then please rethink on what I said
much love to you xxx

Asking people to pray for an otherwise healthy person to die - that is first for me.
