How do I program RCA Mod. F27676BC TV to receive (& output) DVD signal? I get audio but no video image on TV.?

Did you try your DVD player with another TV?

Try the simplest connection first - composite video (yellow plug) (Disconnect all other video outputs)
Try different cables - The cable connectors do go bad
Make sure the TV is set to the correct input source (that is, you don't have video in source 2 and audio in source 1)

Your tv has a problem. Not a programming problem.
