my mom wants me to go to this really good school but i don't want to leave my bffs. what should i do?

you're mom wants you to be homeschooled? that is awesome.
Since you are in the homeschool category, that is what homeschool parents call a "really good school."
If that is not what you mean by a "really good school" then consider checking your category on your next question before hitting the submit button.

You should go to the really good school. If your bffs are really bffs, you won't lose touch with them. And you will be making new friends too. I am sure your true friends don't want to hold you back. This will give you a chance to prove to yourself that you can succeed on your own independently. Remember the old saying, make new friends, but keep the old; one is silver and the other gold.

If you think your friends from school will last forever and this friendship will replace all the assets a good education provides, you will find good arguments to convince your mother. If you think the good school will allow you to have better opportunities and a successful future, you will make a good decision.

Not if you don't want to. Unless your school is Compton High then it's probably pretty similar anyway. A lot of the 'good school' stuff is hype or just because the school is in a good area, but that doesn't make it a good school.

go to the new school... all i can say is that if u go... you will
1. make new friends
2. have a new reason to go to the mall..... u haven't seen ur friends in FOREVER!
3. It would be a good experience

Tell her what you feel. You can make new friends and just because you and your best friend are in different schools doesn't mean you can't be friends and more. Me and my best friend are in different time zones.
