'I' would be the aunt or uncle, and 'that man' would be the nephew. I worked it out by replacing 'my father's son' with my brother's name. If my brother was a father, then I'd be an aunt.

the man is your nephew, and the man's father is your brother, so you are the uncle or the aunt of the man
