am going to do highlights today, but first i did a strand test and it came orange then i did it again and it came perfectly like i wanted my question is if i do it then i wash it then i do it again wud it damage my hair?

oh i also did that before and mine was ok i just dyed it then rinse shampooed use conditioner after 3 hrs i dyed it again then shampooed and conditioned..im just not sure if it'll give u the same results goodluck=)

I think you're taking a big risk. I have colored my own hair since I was in high school (over 20 years ago), and I never had a problem until I tried highlights. I literally turned my hair bright pink, and it cost me $200 at the salon to get my color back and to repair the damage to my hair. If you can afford to fix your hair if you ruin it, then go for it, but otherwise, proceed with caution!
