Does he really want his people to be saved? If yes, why doesn't he let his pressense known and not mistaken in today's world. Why doesn't he give us a sign from the heavens to let his people know that he wants them all to be saved? He knew there would be atheists so why doesn't he want to save them with showing that he loves them and gives them proof of his existance to many in this day and age.

Why was proof only for the christians in the roman times?

Yes. There is seen and unseen. You do not know how many times God has saved your life of health. Yes, He really wants everyone to be saved. He loves you and He wants to know if you love Him back. : )

Read the Bible, and you will see signs. It is His promise that whoever seeks Him with pure heart, they will find Him. : )

God lets his presence be known as you speak and breathe. those miracles you are looking for they happen many times a day. God does know about the Atheist, his desire is that none shall perish. When Lucifer tried to take over heaven he was cast out of heaven. God created the world and man in his own image. he made us a bit less intelligent than the Angels. He wanted others to worship him, but he knew that if he created worshipers that they would only be mindless beings doing his will. He gave man kind "Free Will" to decide how they wanted to treat God. A lot of individuals have made some erroneous choices, God is a God of second chances, so if those who reject him change their mind before they day they can still be save. God does not send men to Hell, they send themselves.
Again regarding the miracles, God does not guarantee us tomorrow, so when you open you eyes and see the morning sun, that is a miracle just for you. a short reminder that god is still supreme

You're probably refering to Constantine when you mentioned Roman times.
God did not show himself to Constantine. The Emperor say a cloud formation in the shape of a cross. That's not uncommon, and has nothing to do with anything except chance.
Limbs of trees, swirls of sand, clouds, frost, snow, dust, jut about everything can show shaped of all sorts of things. Look at the grain of wood, and use your imagination. You can see many forms.

You have to look for miracles and know what a miracle is before you can find one. I have two beautiful healthy children. I don't think that was an accident.
I have a niece who was doing drugs the whole time she was pregnant. She ended up, thankfully, having a beautiful healthy daughter. What are the odds of that?
If you don't look for something, you're not going to find it.

yes, he manages to keep all evidence of his existence completely non-existent while his followers point to everything in existence as proof of his existence, delaring that there's evidence all around. If that's not a miracle, I don't know that is.

does God? yes all the time, if you know where to look. he does show his love for atheists, but they refuse to see it. his people...all people...are saved if they only accept Jesus. when I see a child, or a rainbow, or a flower growing, I see God.
