Ok for the past few months I've liked this guy and hes told some friends of mine that he likes me. I've gone out with 2 guys in the mean time but I still like him over both of them put together. He's 18 and in the military and in my youth group, I'm almost 16, he's rather shy and quiet and i just wish we'd get to know eachother better. we usually just stand next to eachother and after about 5 minutes of usless chatter we go silent...any tips?

Stop the useless chatter and talk to him. Try to give him little touches too.
He might be a bit old for you however. 18 and in the military is out in the real world. Your still in the fake world of high school.
