My friend's kitty just had her first litter of babies, and as soon as the kittens are weaned, the queen is gonna have her plumbing - fixed.

Anyway, the kittens are all adorable, they all have little white socks up to their elbows and knees, they all have little pink noses and darling little pink toes, they all have fluffy tails.

I want to take one home, but I already have three cats.

My friend wants to give me one, she already has more than enough people who want to buy the kittens.

I haven't had a kitten in a very very long time, all my cats were rescued from shelters, except for the kittens I had when I was a kid a long long looong time ago.

They're all so cute, not one is the same colour and not one is grumpy.

Archie my yellow tabby - he is 12 yrs old.

Patches is a five colour calico - she is 22 yrs old.

Tig'r is a black & white 'something, she is 18 yrs old.

I've baby sat other friend's kittens and all my elderly cats get along fine with playful young baby cats.
My vet says all my elderly cats are in exceptionally good shape for their ages. Neither myself or my Vet thinks either old cat is ready to be put down, they are all happy and full of love for their momma (me).

As a responsible pet owner, I've always endeavoured to have no more than three cats of my own. the exception being that I am babysitting a friend's cat or kitten for a little while.
My three old fogeys, are very friendly and good natured.

Well, nothing is too cute for a kitten. JMO. But, I have four cats (and a dog), and it takes a lot of work to keep them all happy, fed, and cleaned up after. That's FIVE litter boxes and a backyard for the dog. Three different kinds of food. How much older are your resident cats? If they are older than about 6 or 7, a kitten might annoy them. They are soooo playful, and the older cats may resent the baby because she will naturally need more attention. Hearing your description, I want one too! If she has more than enough people who want to buy them, maybe you can help her make sure these people are appropriate owners for these kittens. You sound pretty attached. If there's one left, well, it's fate. If not, and you still really want a kitten, there are always kittens at shelters who are not already spoken for. Good luck!

if u can afford the cost of food and vet fees, go ahead! but remember, a kitten should only be weaned from its mother when it is 8 weeks old. that's the time when the kittens will be fully weaned. just remember that and good luck!

I would if you think you can afford them all.
You still have to give them all good care and
vet visits.
Your other cats are getting older, so maybe
you can take 1 kitten.
