Hi there every time i come on the computer it comes up that there is a dll error and it its coming from my Realtek HD Sound Effect Manager and a do not no how to sort it help any one ???

You need to reinstall the driver for this device. It is probalby a sound card driver.

There is a windows security update that's causing this problem on alot of pc's.
The update relocates the file RTHDCPL.exe, in memory, which is your Realtek HD sound effect manger, and it prevents it from loading on restart.
Go to control panel>>add or remove programs, checkmark the box next to "show updates", scroll down towards the bottom, look for security update : KB925902, click remove to uninstall it, restart your pc.
Also if automatic updates is set to "automatic", it will keep trying to install it later on, i changed mine to "notify me, but don't download or install them option.
