When the mother dog has weaned them, usually between 6-8 weeks of age. Some wait until they've given their first round of shots and worming at age 9 weeks.

I have been a breeder for about 10 years. I am license and even inspected by the state (KS) and AKC. I am NOT allowed to sell puppies under the age of 8 weeks or I can be fined. So to be on the safe side sell your puppies at 8 weeks old or older and make sure they have their first set of shots as well.

You can start selling the puppies when they are 6-8 weeks old, and you can be any age past 3 years old if you know what your doing.

In most U.S. states it is against the law to sell a puppy before 7 weeks of age. The best time for pups to go to their pet homes is 10-12 weeks. During the period between 8 & 12 weeks they learn many important skills from their mamadog & siblings, including bite inhibition, indepence and socialization. A puppy sold before that time will develop undesireable behaviors such as nipping, play biting and separation anxiety.
P.S. If you don't know these most basic things about raising puppies, you shouldn't be breeding them.

to be safe, 8 or 9 weeks....but make sure all the puppies are weened from breast feeding and are nutritionally healthy....I was always told to keep the runt a little longer, so it can get caught up to the other pups if it is smaller. Remember to always make sure you sell them to people who you have talked to and know can care for them properly. And its always a plus to be sure to have the puppies new parents spay or nueter thier new family members in order to control the puppy population. Good Luck and be smart about where your puppies are placed so they can have the best quality lifes. Have fun...

Pups need to be with each other and mom until at least 8 weeks of age (small breeds should stay together until 10 weeks). This is for behavior reasons as well as health. Pups begin to learn bite inhibition and communication at about 5 weeks; they need a few weeks together to start to learn to soften their mouths and how to communicate like a dog. Pups that leave the nest before 8 weeks old are more prone to lots of behavior problems, including separation anxiety, aggression to dogs, aggression to people, and fear.

Puppies can leave their mums art about 8-10 weeks, that depends on the individual pup, some pups are fine leaving at around 8 weeks, I'd personally wait until they are 10weeks then you are sure. Ignore some of the postings on this forum, congrats for checking.

WELL IT SEEMS TO ME THAT FOLK ARE HAVING A GO AT YOU AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT THEM SELF nicole before you have a go at this young lady who as ask a question you say 8 weeks and i suggest you get your facts rite before you have a go at her the rite age to sell a pup is 9 weeks and onwards then they are ready to leave the mum I'm a reg breeder of bichon frise and i advertise them when they are about 7 weeks old and vet out folk who come to buy them and they leave a deposit and then i give them a date to pick up the pup when they are 9 even 10 weeks old and then if they change there mind and don't pick up the pup within a week and say they don't want the pup then it is there lost and by law you can keep the money Ive been breeding for 6 years and i don't know everything and as for the pups going out in the garden as long as you keep a close eye on them and fence a part of the garden so they cant get out they will be fine but don't leave them out there on there own but they wont hurt running around the garden as long as you watch them because slug pellets is a death trap for puppy's i always let my pups run around in the garden but i never leave them on there own they love every min of it

No puppy should be separated from mom before it is 8 weeks old. In many states, you cannot legally sell them before they are 8 weeks old. It is better if they are 12 weeks.
You should be at least 18 years old. Before that, you can't enter into a legal contract.
