errror message reads as following

I would install the latest version of Acrobat viewer from Adobe.com first. It sounds like a spyware that was trying to run something in your temporary internet files. Clean out your temporary internet files.

This second one may seem odd, but at the top of the page it describes a problem like yours when downloading something. The download stalls.
And then the error message you got comes up.
