i'm just curious...some people say that Judaism is more on a race than a religion? is it true? and is it true that a non Jew in race would have to pay huge amout of money to become Jew? (correct and forgive me if i'm wrong)

Anyone can convert to Judaism if they are serious. SO if you want to convert the Rabbinical court in your city would interview and make sure you are serious before letting you into a conversion course.
The actual conversion process involves three things (two for a woman)
1) You have to study and learn the major Jewish laws and have at least an introduction to the rest. Why? To convert means you are willing to accept jewish law and thus you need to know what it is you are accepting before you can do so. During this time the convert is introduced to the practice of the laws, learns to read and understand hebrew and starts attending the synagogue. This takes between 2 and 5 years depending on the persons prior knowledge and how intensely they study in this period,
2) For men; They must be circumcised. if already circumcised, a drop of blood is drawn as a symbolic circumcision.
3) Immersion in a Mikveh (ritual bath).
There is no need to hand over wads of cash or anything like that.
Note- the above is from the Orthodox Jewish viewpoint (the only conversion accepted by all streams of Judaism). Conservative and Reform conversions are quicker and simpler but they are not accepted by Orthodox Judaism, and Reform conversions are not accepted by Conservative.
As for "Messianic Judaism"- as much as the three major sections of Judaism may gisagree on various interpretations of theological matters the one thing they all universally agree on - "Messianic Judaism" is NOT Judaism and merely Christianity with Jewish trappings. A follower of Messianic Judaism is not seen as Jewish and is not recognised as a Jew by anyone who is Jewish.

It's not scientology, there is not a need to give a huge wad of cash to anyone to do either of these things..
