Hello asking away,
Well, you've been enjoying the non-sexual part of a long-distant relationship; all of the talking and writing and no physical part, but he's a guy and he is sexual. So, yeah, he wants to get together and have some sex for a change. If you don't want to have sex then that's why you have been enjoying the long distant part all along and not bothering looking for a local guy, where you might have to actually put out.
Since he has been writing you for a whole month, it sounds like you and he are in a relationship, but there's more to a relationship than just talking. Best of luck to you.

Well, do you want to just have sex or are you hoping for more? I mean that has been the focus of you conversations! I would not travel 500 miles just to have great sex because I would like more. If I were you, I would talk to him some more. Find out where he hurts. I think he still does hurt and a lot. As soothing a sex might be, it is only temporary and you don't want to get into situation like that.

When you let the conversation go to sex..then you've allowed the hormones in both your bodies to flow! the SEX drive is very powerful. If you don't put the breaks on it, you're likely going to have a relationship that is sex based and not emotional based!!
Remember, a guy is fully capable of having sex w/o being emotinoally attached!!!
My advice is to balance the sex with the other great aspects of a relationship....nurture, love, care, desire, spending time together, etc.

Let me get this straight. By chance you run into an old friend who lives 500 miles away. And all you talk about is sex and how it's gonna be ??? And you even find the need to get a committee to tell you what he is after????
Are you blond??

Ask him...tell him that you want more than sex if you do. I just bumped into an old fling. We reminisced about the past...then later in our days of conversating, we somehow started talking bout sex, he has great sex!! I told him how I feel and that I don't want to start off that way. He didn't take it to offense, we still chat. He's also miles away.

Unless a guy has a great partner and wants a little more on the side, he's always open to more if you are a quality partner.
If he's not already tied down where he lives (a possibility), you having sex with him or considering it, gets him close enough to talk and for you to find out if there's a chance.
Play safe (this assumes you're not in a current relationship) and perhaps find out...

If you want to have more than just a sexual relationship with him then don't even make sex an option. That will tell you if he is in it just for that or if he really wants a meaningful relationship. NO SEX!!!! He will either run away or come running towards you depending on where his priorities are.

Unfortunatly that is what all long distance relationships are consisted of - a way to work around your gf without her knowing(not really cheating if its online...sorry it still is). I wouldn't go up and see him or anything like that because it sounds like its just sex talk and no true relationship can come out of something so shallow.

Well, is he newly divorced and wanting some female company? Was there a past with the two of you? How long has it been since he's been with a woman? Has it been so long that he's just horny? Sorry, did I just make this more difficult?

Hang up the phone!
It is now in a disrespectful mode and no turning back..You contributed to it....There is not friendship now because someone damaged it and now whith distance it is a game. Hang up and don't answer and find a real guy who you can give time to and he willl share close to home...
