Multi-vitamin? Omega3, Green Tea, Garlic Extract? You need to worry about the quality of vitamins and minerals you are taking. If you are taking Metallic Minerals and synthetic vitamins (Tums, one a day, Centrum, anything you see on TV.) made in labs then you are if not wasting your money and even be damaging your body.

You need WHOLE FOOD BASED VITAMINS AND MINERALS which are recognizable and usable by our bodies. Some liquid Multi-vitain and mineral supplements are good too. Omega 3? What about Omega 6 & 9? Fresh and refrigerated FLAX SEED OIL has the perfect ratio of all three. Specially women should drink this oil daily as it has shown anti-cancer properties in some studies in Canada. Green Tea extracts is good, keep taking it. Garlic Extract? You should take one that has time release "Allicin" which is the antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal agent in Garlic. Allicin will be broken in stomach acid, it needs to be time released in your intestines and coated to survive the stomach's acid. Now, on minerals, you need to consume "Colloidal Minerals" and hear the tape "Dead doctors don't lie", if you want I have the trasncript, I can email it to you if you send me your email address...good luck...

hard to know without knowing a little more about your current state of health, your diet, medical history, the label on your multi, etc. Soy protein supplement might be good for you, as well as some "adaptogenic" herbs, (ginseng, gotu kola, aswhagandah, fo-ti, astragalus, dong-quai, eleuthero), and a Cal/Mag supplement, (for skeletal, nervous). Bioflavonoids and carotenes are important for eyes and glandular function. Lecithin is really good for your mind and heart. DHEA, Coenzyme Q10 to fight aging. Pray, laugh, work, read. (in that order). Consult a nutritionist or herbalist.
