i was away on vacation from work , i came back and this guy who sometimes flirts with me and sometimes is kind of annoying/rude said" i thought you got hit by a bus" and he tends to joke like that, i replied , "i was in myrtle beach, " then he said "some wishful thinking" to the cook that was standing by him i asked him what he ment by that and he didn't reply..so do you have any guesses on what he ment? he is engaged, 25 years old and i just turned 20 -my guess is that he wanted to know why i wasn't at work for a long time,i also dont think he heard me when i asked him what he meant by that

He wanted to know why you were gone for so long. He's sarcastic, so that's the only way he knows how to ask. And he probably heard you when you asked him what he meant.
The next time he says something you don't understand, don't ask him what he meant. Just ignore him and don't allow it to stay in your head. That's what he wants it to do. And that's a negative thought that doesn't need to be there.

It sounds like he was being sarcastic. I'm sure he thinks he is funny but some people just can't pull off sarcasm . When he said the thing about Myrtle Beach he was stating that you made up the fact that you were there and he didn't believe you . He was being a jerk and really it is not worth your time to listen to him or care about what he meant. It sounds like he might even be a bit jealous. He's engaged. My advise " Ignore him"

Maybe he wanted to know why you were gone, but then he didn't want to seem interested or like he cared, so he added the whole "wishful thinking" comment on the side. Guys can be such jerks sometimes.

i think that this guy is a piece of **** that just want to get in to your pants, alot of men think that if you treat women like **** that they like that, just tell this guy you don't like to be talked to like that. and as for what that ment is that he is probably mad at you because hes flirted with you and you haven't gave in to him so he is pissed that he hasn't got in your pants
