In terms of temperature rises it's the Arctic, Antarctic and other cold places such as Siberia. These will witness the most extreme changes but are sparsely populated.

Africa in general and some other developing nations are, on the other hand, much more densely populated and even though the effects of climate change won't be as dramatic it will probably be these areas that suffers the most. Largely because the economies do not provide the resources for mitigating the effects of climate change. There will be (and already is), crop failure, desertification, insect infestation, drought, famine, spread of disease and many other consequences.

Al Gore's nightmares. When people figure out that man has little to do with the global warming contribution, no one really has a valid Earth temperature model, and that Carbon Offsets are the biggest scam since the Pet Rock. (look up the PET Rock younger readers)
