It's similar to mashed, but how about twice baked potatotes? I'm making southern green beans too.

Sounds good especially the glazed ham and Mac and Cheese but i think would substitute a Smoked Barbecue Brisket in place of the chicken,also another side dish maybe pinto beans or black eye peas also some sweet potatoe pie or pecan pie would set it off too! ummm im getting hungry! ;)

Macaroni cheese using nacho cheese fry up some bacon smash up into bit fresh or frozen broccoli mix altogether and put into a casual dish throw some cheese on top of it in the oven to warm up. Excellent side dish for the holiday seasons.

We're having ham, mashed potatoes w/ a little sour cream mixed in, peas mixed w/sauteed mushrooms, rolls, & carrot cake.

Green bean casserole, or just green beans with some mushrooms and onions mixed in. Sweet corn. Some sort of pineapple dessert.
