Did Joe Rogan (announcer-commentator) of UFC ever fight in the UFC?

Joe Rogan is a black belt and former high-level champion in Tae Kwon Do and he currently studies brazillian jiu jitsu with Eddie Bravo at 10th planet jiu-jitsu. I don't know his rank, offhand, or if he competes, but from some of the videos on the internet and the media on 10th planet's website, he's quite decent.
Rogan came close to an exhibition with Wesley Snipes at one point but as far as I know that's as close to stepping into the octagon (in the competitive sense, I guess he literally steps in it all the time).
In his defense, you have to be pro calibre to fight in the UFC - not a lot of time for other careers and interests. Not to mention he'd be taking a pay cut if he became a UFC fighter!

He does not fight in the UFC but he is a trained martial artist with a black belt in something but I cant remember what. He also trains daily with some of the best MMA fighters in the biz. He is one funny man you don't want to mess with.

No. He was a 4 time state champ in Taekwando and continues training with Eddie Bravo.
