Lay off anything FRIED...alot more fat than you need. The eggs themselves have EVERYTHING you need. Fruit is always good, whatever your tastes is fine as long as its FRESH. Toast or an english muffin is fine, bagels can be a lil too starchy and sometimes fatty depending on the flavor. Try lightly scrambled eggs w/a lil milk in the mix before cooking. The milk will help fluff up the eggs a bit, more filling. Right after morning workout do a nutri grain bar. That should hold you until lunch =)

Yes, it very much is. Also go for things like eggs, lean beef and meat. You're pretty much on your way if that's what your eating. Also, try some healthy fatty acids to help boost your ability to build more muscles.
