The plane is usually the safest way to travel but how many times have you taken a plane to work? How many planes are crowding the roadways? How many people go through the same process that pilots do? How often do you get your car serviced? The point being is there are more cars than planes, more drivers than pilots, and planes have to go through strict safety standards compared to Tony down the street that fixed your car, how much training did you go through to get your license? Not even close to one thousandth of a percent that pilots do. Trains are on a track and go forward and basically are indestructible unless there is a derailment. Don't compare apples and cucumbers.
