There are dozens of Catholic Churches in Phoenix.

Just a suggestion, maybe you could google for that info.
Probably get addresses, approximate congregational size, whether it is a Cathedral or not.

I just did it entering Catholic Churches in Phoenix, AZ, lots of info came up!
