Think of your teeth as a white Tshirt. Everyone has a certain shade to your teeth, white may not be what you have to start with. If however, you drink coffee and smoke, the stains can be removed. ANymore the cheapest things to try are the over the counter products, if you go for regular cleaning and that is not doing it- you can consider the in office laser. It runs about 600. If money is a problem a place called care credit is on line and they give you a credit card with a set limit. If you pay it off in 12 months you have no finance fees. Just make sure the dentist you go to takes it if you have to go that route. a very cheap trick one of my patients did was brush with just a thin coating of comet on her brush. Yes - I said comet. LOL do not swallow it, just use a tiny bit. If that doesn't work and they say you are not a candidate for the whiting because of a color of your natural teeth- then you can see about the laminates or veneers. Again maybe you will qualify the care credit. Some people see a difference with TOpol. Some with the crest white strips for a month, but remember if you are eating things that are dark, or drinking coffe tea and dark pop the staining continues. If you eat or drink the stuff jump up and brush right away.

Generic or not, there's a wonderful type of toothpaste called an Oxygen toothpaste. I'm a big coffee drinker, so I had those problems as well. My dentist recommended that I use an oxygen based toothpaste for a few weeks. It is said that you should brush at least 3 times daily or after every meal.
I've followed these steps and I personally saw results within a week or so. Try it out and see if it works for you!
Good Luck!

Yellow teeth are actually healthy.
If you are uncomfortable with the color yellow.
See a dentist and have your teeth examed.
If your teeth are OK
Buy a bleach kit and make them whiter.

crest white strips work really good just make sure you use them as directed and dot leave them on too long. i used to drink lots of tea and teeth got stained so i used the white strips and after a week you can notice a big change and the best part about it is you dont have to spend lots of money.

Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and
are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural
