That is part of the definition of true martial arts. Unfortunately, the way many people teach them, that part is lost.

Spirituality is where you find it.
The short answer to your question is no. Especially if you understand what you mean by spirituality - spirituality doesn't mean tradition, or culture, or philosophy. Those are other things asian arts have in varying degrees. Meditation is something people think of as something spiritual from the asian arts - but there are plenty of people from non-asian traditions that meditate, with or without a spiritual element. It's hard to pin down "spirituality" enough to say martial arts do or don't have it.
I personally think your martial art should be about fighting first and all the other claptrap second - because there's always a certain spirituality to be found in doing something hard, well.

Martial arts are not spiritual, spirituality is altogether another quest, spirituality is inside yourself, you can be spiritual without martial art, A martial art cant make you spiritual, It just so happens that asian religions have influenced the martial arts, but it doesnt make them "spiritual", spirituality is a personal choice, you could spend years in a so called "spiritual martial art" but that in itself will not make you spiritual. I believe you can find a spiritually minded instructor. Even if that art carries a particular philosophy, it dont mean that it is always accurately reflected in the teaching style of an instructor or school, Its definitely a personal pursuit to be spiritual and a martial art itself cant teach you that, spirituality is an approach to a particular style, but not the style itself.

You have to understand asian culture to know that your question is somewhat redundant. Most Asians unlike westerners have not abandoned their traditional beliefs in spirits and still uses it in their everyday life even to this day. Every aspect of Asian life is influenced and affected by spiritual belief whether consciously or subconsciously, be it in business, food, games or relationships. So it is natural for their martial arts to also be partly of spiritual nature. To ask if asian martial arts is spiritual would be like asking if Mexican Foods are spicy.

No... but the vast majority is.
It doesn't really matter though, spiritual or not, a martial arts effectiveness is based on the proper application of techniques against non-compliant attackers.

No. Okinawan based arts are physical. They do have a mental and philosophical aspect but mostly they are based on the physiology of the body.
