My girlfriend and I have our 4 year anniversary coming up on April 17th and I wanted it to be special, anyone has any good ideals of where I can take her or surprise her please help me! We live right by philly also if thats helps!~..

If you have some kind of commitment phobia, she'll eventually meet someone else who doesn't and dump you in the process so watch out little buddy!!!
Most women, if not all, will want to settle down & get married eventually, didn't you know (Shock! Shock! Horror!)?
As for Philadelphia, sorry but I can't help you on that as I have never set foot there! (The only two things I know about your city of brotherly love is the cream cheese and the movie with Tom Hanks & Denzel Washington, remember?)

take her to a fancy resturaunnt of course, then for horseback riding on the beach or champagne and stargazing or a romantic walk through a field or woods or something-something fun, then back to a nice hot tub with more champagne, and then present her with gifts like diamonds or a robe or something nice. thats my idea of fun
