No. They aren't. If you're a Jehovah's Witness, then let me tell you this: a few years ago, JW said that only 144, 000 would make it into heaven and be with God, just like it says in Revelation. But, when their followers increased, they made up something else; that only the best would go to heaven and the rest of the Jehovah's Witnesses would be in an eternal heaven on earth--something that they made up on the spot. And Jehovah's Witnesses MAY worship the only true God, but Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. You can't get to God just by worshiping Him. Put Jesus in the picture.

Jehovah's Witnesses worship the only true God? O.K. I believe THAT. That does not meant that they are the only ones who worship Him. Many others worship the true God, including Muslims and Hindus.

Remember Paul on Mars Hill : "To an unknown God".

"Act 17:22 And Paul stood in the midst of the Areopagus, and said, Ye men of Athens, in all things, I perceive that ye are very religious.
Act 17:23 For as I passed along, and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription, TO AN UNKNOWN GOD. What therefore ye worship in ignorance, this I set forth unto you.
Act 17:24 The God that made the world and all things therein, he, being Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
Act 17:25 neither is he served by men's hands, as though he needed anything, seeing he himself giveth to all life, and breath, and all things;
Act 17:26 and he made of one every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, having determined their appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation;
Act 17:27 that they should seek God, if haply they might feel after him and find him, though he is not far from each one of us:
Act 17:28 for in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain even of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.

That was taken from the KJV. I can give you the parallel translation in other English versions, the original Greek, Hebrew, Latin, Spanish, French. Please check if that is also in "New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures"

Yes, Jesus who is Jehovah has many witnesses and he is the true God. Those who believe that Jesus and Jehovah are God practice a true religion.

Jehovah's Witnesses worship the same God I, as a Christian worship. But their beliefs ABOUT Him and what He wants for us are totally different.

If they worshiped the only true God, how come the pronouncements of their elder are, ahem, wrong? The JW elite have made false predictions (indeed, literally "false prophecy") in 1975 and 1925. In 1975, faithful JW's really did sell all their possessions, including houses and cars, to prepare for a second coming that never happened. It seems that the true religion would only speak, well, the truth.

The Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society teaches that Jehovah is the one true God. That is correct. It also teaches that Jesus is not God. That is not correct. It teaches that Jesus was created. That is not correct. It has given many different dates, as prophecy, of the return of Christ and the end of "this system of things." These were no correct. It teaches that salvation is acheived through works. This is not correct. It teaches that the NWT Bible is accurate. This is not correct. It teaches that it is the only true religion on earth today. That is patently false.

May you come to know Jesus personally,

Oh, I see, the one who's savior is actually the incarnation of Michael the Archangel? Yet scripture disagrees with Paul's rhetorical question...

But to which of the angels has He ever said: “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool”? - Heb 1:13 NKJV

Or did your New World Translation distort that scripture as well? Never mind, I looked it up. They DID distort it...

But with reference to which one of the angels has he ever said: “Sit at my right hand, until I place your enemies as a stool for your feet”? Heb 1:13 NWT

Your only true god is an idol carved out of the wood of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. You can keep it.

I believe they attempt to worship the one true God, but only succeed in worshiping their own works
