Hollowpoints are the proper term, instead of solid bullethead, they are hollow, which causes the bullet to 'explode' against an opposing force (e.g. when it hits something) so essentially if you shot someone in the head, there would be a small entry wound in the forehead, and a good portion of the back of their head would be blown away.

All illegal according to the Geneva Convention. Jacketed ammunition is the only type used by the US and all other Geneva Convention cosignatories...

Hollowpoints? No snipers in any legitimate military organization would use them against human targets. There are treatys banning such things.

Hollow points, they fragment when they hit and scatter all through the target doing massive damage.
