every tax or taxes to any minisry of corporation here in nigeria e.g central bank ministry of justice etc must be paid upfront before funds will transfered or deposited into beneficiarys designated foreign account plz let me know anything about this thanks

It means any taxes owed to the ministry must be pay before they can be deposited or transferred to another account

It means that the e-mail you received claiming that there's someone in Nigeria who wants you to help smuggle money out of Nigeria is trying to steal from you.

The e-mail is a scam. Take a look at http://www.snopes.com - just search on Nigeria.

It means:

You pay a "tax" in order to receive a multimillion dollar check.

The tax that you pay will be cashed. However, the check that you receive will be fake.

You should have been tipped off when you got the email from a complete stranger, as opposed to a certified letter.

Everyone receives those emails...few people actually fall for it.

This is from a SCAM and if you are stupid enough to give out your credit card number or bank information, you are an idiot. That's what this means!!

It means you can't just tell a banker, " Oh I'm gonna put "x" amount of money into this beneficiary's account", you need to pay them cash.
