sweetie you do not need to loose weight! im 5'6 and 113-115ish and im not fat! your just tall for your age (im 15) and with height comes weight! if you want to tone up you can supplement snacks like cookies and chips, for apples and peaches. also you can try walking or running a few times a week. this alone helps you drop a few pounds a week! and gives you time to clear your head! if you really think you need to loose weight its up to you but i suggest to you not to loose more than 5-7 lbs or youll be skelletal! good luck!

Get a hold of a good nutrition book and follow a good diet. Not a "lose weight" diet, a sound nutritional diet. Exercise regularly, whether that exercise is a park district program, phys ed at school, a personal regimen, or chores and physical work. Be careful about this: At 13 years of age, your classmates can be real jerks and you can be very impressionable. so if somebody mentions that you are overweight but you BMI and literature says you aren't, follow the literature.

You do not need to lose weight. You only think you do. You are at a normal weight for your height. Please don't cave in to what models and celebs look like. Real people who are healthy have a healthy weight. If you feel that you need to be more active then start a yoga practice, take a half hour walk, buy and exercise video...whatever you like....but please don't go down this road. I thought the same thing when I was your age and 20 years later I'm still struggling to recover from an eating disorder.

Look, everyone has some body fat, that is normal and you can't lose every inch of fat on your body! At your weight and height, you are ideal and if you lose more weight, you will end up looking too thin.

Maybe you can go on the tredmill, for 30 minutes, and then on the eliptical for 30 minutes, every day.
Do Not drink soda.
Do not eat junk, like candy, and snacks.
Eat fruits and vegtables.
Drink lots of water!
Do not eat more then 1,000 calories, and do not eat less then 500 calories.

Hunnie, you do not need to loose any weight that is the average size for a 13 year old. No body wants a skinny chick, boys want thick chicks.
