That matters on the judge, He can hold him and not set a bond . He might serve 90 days in jail thats double time or just get other ticket.Longer probation. It's up to the judge. You could talk to the judge about the situation. be blessed.

It depends if he got a suspended sentence with the probation. If the sentence was suspended pending successful completion of his probation (i.e. didn't get in trouble again) then he could very well spend some time in jail. A lot of it also depends on the probation officer and the judge if he'll be able to bond out. If so, the bond will probably be higher and will probably end up with some jail time to boot. Since he's habitual, the probation officer that was assigned to hom will more than likely violate him and be done with it.
Sorry for your trouble, but I think you need to get another boyfriend. I've seen you're other questions have to do with your BF.

Here's a brutally honest answer....why are you still with him? If he has this much trouble with the law, shouldn't you separate yourself and your kids from this?? He will probably be able to be bonded out, unfortunately, He should go to jail for a few months to keep him off the streets. If you knew his license was revoked, why did you allow him to drive???

no he can be bonded out, since he violated terms of his probation, bonding works when you are arressted and are going to see a judge for your 1st appearance on that charge, and then you are bonded out to come back later for trial. But in your BF case he violated his sentence ( parole ) and thus will serve the remainder in jail for in effect disobeying the judges order.

Probation is an alternative to jail time, break probation and spend the rest of the probationary time... in jail. Hopefully you don't have the "three times your out law in Floridia"

no one here can know what the answer to that will be.
you need to speak with a lawyer and understand that the only thing that happens for sure when you violate your probation is that the deal that was struck when probation was handed down will now be reviewed...

My understanding of probation is that if you get arrested, you serve the remainder of the term.

It all depends on the judge.
It will be hard to convince a judge that he will be good when he has already broken the trust of the law.

i doubt very seriously that he will see daylight for a while. if i were the judge, he would have his license revoked and be under the jail. this is ridiculous. i feel sorry for you having to go through this but maybe its time to reconsider your situation for your children's sake.

He's toast . Would you want to run into a driver with that record while you're out in your car with your two kids - at the mercy of somebody not fit to be at the wheel ?
