Should women have any immunity or identity protection when they make false claims of crimes committed against them?

If so, why?

If not, why are they obviously getting it?

I have no knowledge of men getting to enjoy this kind of protection in the law.

Not if your life and reputation has been destroyed. Unable to get work, unable to afford an attorney to sue, and unable to get help anywhere because nobody wants to be associated with you because of the false claims.

You are a woman. There are many resources for women in the United States. There are NONE for men without money, and who are disabled.

Women who make falses claims should have charges brought against them and their identity should be released. I'm not sure why women are treated differently. I think it is completely wrong and unfair. Men are falsely accused all the time and have to live with that stigma even if the woman admits to lying. I think it's sad and it makes it harder for real victims to step up.

No, and neither should men. As for immunity being granted, it's obvious you don't understand why immunity is granted in the first place. This is so people will come forward and actually testify against others when they themselves are the only way to ensure justice, yet they participated in the crime.

By the way, you can always sue them in civil court.

According to the law - there should be no gender bias - but in the cases of sexual assault (rape) and domestic battery there have been president for immunity and identity protection. If you were falsely accused then you should have some civil actions under the law

It depends on the situation...in rape cases where the victim was mistaken you don't charge a crime for that. What woman would come forward unless they were 100% correct?

Next, sometimes its the police's fault. They coach witnesses and do illegal lineups and the like to convince a victim of who did the crime.

When a woman or man is found to have completely lied they are charged with a crime...Remember Jennifer Wilbanks-the ruunaway bride? She was charged and convicated of lieing to police, filing a false report...and something else.

Well I may be a little biased. When the DC sniper was going around shooting people randomly this girl at my college said it was me because she figured it was funny. What the mean ***** didnt know is I didnt have a car or a rifle, so unless I was throwing bullets it wasnt me. I certainly didnt appreciate having the police and federal investigators called as I was stressed about the shootings as well. I wish something really bad would happen to that girl.

Some women have reported false claims against others because they want attention or they are mad at the person. The cost for legal fees and other cost are forever lost.Women are dangerous.Thousands of men are serving time right now for something they did not do

No, if they are found to have made false claims, then they should have their face plastered on TV just like the accused were. An eye for an eye...
