If you've not received a reminder and your is due, just renew it - you don't need to have the reminder form. Cack yourself no more. It's a V10 form which you can get at the post office or you can do it online.

Yes, but it doesn't guarantee to do so.
It is still your responsibility to tax your car, even if you don't get a reminder. You don't need the reminder to tax the car - take the registration document, MOT certificate (if required, dependent on the age of your car) and insurance certificate to a main Post Office or DVLA local office.

Yup, you get a single letter, Ive had one arrive a month in advance and one arrive 3 days before it was due.
If you dont renew the next letter is a we're gonna fine you and possibly impound your car letter. then you get loads more till you get round to doing it, and a minor fine.

yes as long as car is registered to you at your current address. i got mine the other day 4 my scooter. if its a new car the dealer registers it to you from new. so if you havent moved it will turn up about 3 weeks before its due. if you bought ot second hand you have to do it your self. so find your log book see if its in your name. if not fill it in now

hi; mine runs out this month (April 2007) but I've not had any letter through the post yet - I usually do mine on the internet, but I can't until I get my letter because it's got the code on it, right?
