I looked up the average temperatures for around that time, but I'm not sure if they were accurate considering the average temperatures they had for my part of the world was off.

So, how hot is it in Rome in early July? And is it very humid or a pretty dry heat?

Thanks!

Usually the weather in Rome in early July is hot but breezy, so not unbearable. However, we have been promised a very hot summer this year and this winter has been unusually mild, even hot at times, so it's really kind of hard to say.
Last summer here was OK, never exceedingly hot and for the most time blessed by Rome's famous "ponentino" breeze.
I have found that temperatures given on the internet are rarely reliable...
