fruit and fruit juice only to speed up a bit on losing weight=should not be done for more than a week at a time
like=1 week fruits
3=weeks regular diet foods including protein and carbs
then back to 1 week fruits and fruit juices
go for it =good

refrain from eating any kind of fruit???Not a very good idea you deprive yourself of all the nutrients needed by our body.The body looks good from the outside trim,slim,no tummy etchetera.How about the inside the body???Try reading fruit management intake it will guide you the kind of fruit to take and how much volume you need.

it is when you consume only fresh fruit and their FRESH (not store-bought!) juice.
since humans need a well-balanced diet, this is not a good option as the natural sugars are likely to cause serious spikes and dips with your glucose. that is dangerous...natural sugars are so pure, they are waaaaaay more potent that what is found in candies and cookies. be careful!
