How about this:
Work out (with weights)- for 10 minutes
Jumping jacks- for 10 minutes
Crunches- for 20 minutes
Situps- for 20 minutes
(That's an hour of workout)
Also you should buy the Ab Lounge

PS- If you wanna make the hearts, then just do this with no spaces: & hearts ; ♥

Do a search online for ab exercises. Choose those that you like and can do. Remember quality is better than quantity. You'll get more out of the workout if you do a few the right way, than a bunch the wrong way (and the wrong way could strain your back). Also practice holding in your abs all the time during the day. That'll help strengthen them even when you aren't working out.

Crunches are the most common probably. I've got 'Abs of Steel', "Core Rhythms", and "Turbo Jam" which are all workouts that focus on the core/abs. You can get these on VHS or DVD and I'm sure there are tons of others out there.

Good luck!

Normal crunches are really boring. Seriously.

If you can, an Ab Lounge is great! They're about $100 but they're so fun. You could stick to it.

On the other hand, you shouldn't need to buy any extra equipment for good abs. You can add a variation on the crunch, like twisting your stomach while you raise one knee toward you.

Eating right will help get nice abs too! Eat healthy foods without butter or saturated fat and drink PLENTY of water.

If you can afford an Ab Lounge for under $100.00 at Walmart or Kmart, then you've got a great workout with no strain. I bought one last year and I cannot say enough about it. It's comfortable and fun to do, as well as works upper and lower abs and obliques.

50 situps
50 crunches
25 right side and left side situps
jogging (for weight loss in that area)
Go to a gym and use ab machines there
