I'm NOT looking for a one-a-day. I don't mind taking 6 caps a day from the same bottle. I'm looking for something that more or less has at least:
A: of a natural type. |
B: plenty including 800 mcg of Folic and B12 of the cyano- type. |
C: not ester-C, at least 500mg. |
E: natural d-alpha-tocopherol succinate, >200mg. |
Iron: none. |
Selenium: 200 mcg. |
Chromium: 200 mcg. |

Optionally, these would be great too:
D: 800 IU. |
Calcium: 1000-2000 mg. |
Magnesium: 500 - 1000 mg. |
Other trace minerals. |
Omega 3 oils. |
Reveratrol.

to get the best advise you should ask a doctor or pharmacist, failing that you could just go to ur local chemist and compare the contents and amounts, be carefull though, too much vitamins are just as bad as having not nearly enough

I take and recommend all natural Vita-Lea. It covers all your required ingredients plus some of the optional but you will need to take more than the recommended two per day.

It has the best disintegration time (Howard University Pharmaceutical Dept).
Outside clinical trials to prove absorption & effectiveness.
Balanced nutrients work together.
Highest standards for ingredient quality, purity, and efficacy.
What's on the label is in the bottle.
Products developed for scientific reasons, not "fads"

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.

Double X has most of what you are looking for and it is made from plant extracts and natural. Visit this page and then go to the nutritional information to find more info:

http://jng.qhealthzone.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=A4300
More info here: http://youtube.com/watch?v=r0Vz3t95N-E

But you need to take Omega-3 and the Reveratrol separately. Here is a perfect pack for your health kit: http://jng.qhealthzone.com/products/product.aspx?itemno=101165. It includes omega 3

I'm not sure where you can get Reveratrol, but I did google it and it says it is produced by several plants. Both Double X and Concentrated Fruits and Vegetables are phytonutrient so this might be what you are looking for. Contact me for more questions.
