another dog that isn't high maintenance,. What is the perfect dog for this?

I have a beagle-basset hound mix. Her fur is short. She does not shed very much. She weighs 31 lbs so we can bathe her ourselves. She grazes on about a cup of dry dog and a couple of cups of water a day. All that she requires is a daily walk & many, many hugs. I can't think of a more low maintenance pooch. She is the best thing, that walked in on four legs, that has entered our home!

One of those robotic dogs at the toy store... I believe you can switch them on and off when you desire..
I don't think a dog exists that isnt high maintanance

Chihuahua. Can be litter box trained and require little exercise. I have 3 and all 3 are litter box trained.
