When BORED and seeking ANSWERS... you could study spelling and grammar! Sorry, couldn't resist. I seldom become bored, so much to do! I'd say find some hobby organization to join which interests you (model railroading, amateur ham radio, art) or a volunteer charity to do once a week. Pick up a good book, get out for a walk or a run (in the woods or along the river if you are so lucky). Get creative!

read, watch television, go for a walk, call a friend, rent a movie, play with the dogs, surf the Internet, etc.

I just sit in a chair for a while and gaze off into the Caribbean for a while. I have many years experience doing this. It works!
