I am no doctor, but it sounds like to me that you have a mild case of psoriasis. If this happens every morning to you, then I would suggest seeing a dermatologist to be sure!

The simplest solution is that you have dry skin. Drink more water and less pop/soda or beer, which is a diuretic (it makes you pee a lot, and lose body fluids). Use a good moisturizer or skin cream, too.

Too many causes I would think, and alot of good ideas for the cause.
Besides going to a doc, what about the soap you use in your laundry?? Could be youv'e become allergic to that.

Do you live by the woods? If so you could have a bad case of poison ivy, oak, or sumac. I'd advise you to get some calamine lotion and put it where it itches, and go to the doctor to get some drugs to stop that itchin! :D The world we've come to a drug for everything!

try to change your bedding and comforter too often...you probably have reaction with the dust and germs that your dirty bedding and comforters has. If rashes appear maybe go to the skin expert or dermatologist.

Taking to long of hot showers. Your body has natural oils that if you stay to long can cause skin problems.
