Unfortunately with a potential guy, I seem to go speechless...so I tell myself, get a few sentences to say...

you could try: Hello, I'm (suzie, or whatever your name is), I've never met you before...he'll probably tell you his name and one other thing, then ask him about something he might be able to brag about for example: his looks, something as regards to where you've met him, just any compliment that doesn't sound too blatent. guys like to know they've got something going on for them. Really there is no such thing as a pickup line, especially for women, you'd have to be one stellar guy to get a girl interested with one of those, anyways women don't really need pickup lines.
P.S. one other piece of advise, you're a woman, wo-man,
wo-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-man, so don't ask him out under any circumstance (he wants to do it even if he's chicken) if he is reluctant then use your super manipulative powers to make him.

If you gonna call him, speak in a soft, sweet tone.
If texting, finish the sentence with "xoxoxo"
The guy should be able to catch your intention. If he is that dumb, sorry, don't think he is a potential for you, just move on and look for someone smart.

We don't need or want pick up lines. We want no games, no drama and no B.S. Just honesty. Tell the guy that you like him and want to get to know him better. Simple.
If that doesnt work, cleavage works every time :)
