Why would a Canadian Government Agency ask for U.S. funds??? It wouldn't!!!

This looks fake. They would not ask for a Canadian Certificate to be paid for in American dollars. And you should be able to make the payment through a bank not through a money gram. And the receiver's name would be something along the lines of the receiver general of Canada if it is for entrance purposes.

Dont do it. That doesnt seem legal. If you are goign to pay somebody, it should be named in an agency or corp or something and not just to one specific name of a person. $195 is a lot of money. Make some research first before you do it. Dont be fool by other people who does this things to make money.Better go to the Canada website to learn more.

This is a scam if you are an american or from any other country there is no fee to come visit us here in Canada, report this to the canadain govt.
