How long have you 2 know each other? If you know her fairly well already, then you should let her know directly.
Well, you don't have to really TELL her, by actions...
Like: contacts her on a regular basic, once every other day. Just ask her how's her day? At least she knows you do care about her.
Send her sweet text / eend flowers to her office... just to cheer her up, wish she have a good day.
All these action takes time, and all relationship needs time to build, don't rush.
If you have the guts, of course you can go to her (face to face)and tell her that you like her, see how she reacts.

First off, how well do you know her? If you know her just as a friend or an aqquaintance, maybe casually start off a conversation about somethign you two have in common... ("Hey, did you catch the game on TV last night?").. If you don't know her all that well, now's the perfect time to get to know her. Boost up your confidence and go right up and talk to her. Girls love it when guys are confident, and once you start up a conversation, the words will just flow. Don't be nervous, and hope for the best!!

Buy her flowers from a secret admirer and then later on tell her it was you. Get to know her as a friend and then make your move. It's not rocket science. What do you have to lose?
