I put mine on top of saurkraute in a small roasting dish in the oven at 300F for about an hour. Comes out great. Kielbasa by itself is great grilled for about 30 minutes on a fairly hot grill until the outside is crisp and starts to split. This method also gets rid of a lot of the grease. I would also suppose you could nuke it for a couple of minutes but, I would wrap it in a paper towel and put it on a plate to avoid a real mess.

Nuke it for 20-30 seconds, maybe a little longer for a larger piece.
Or put it in a pot of water, and heat the water until it boils.
Or slice it thin, and fry it in just a little vegetable or olive oil until it's browned.
Or cube it small, and mix it in scrambled eggs. When the eggs are done, the kielbasa is, too.

I put it in the oven in a pan with a little water on the bottom, at 350 for 20-30 min.

You can throw it into the microwave for a few minutes @ a time, checking it inbetween, or you can turn the oven to about 300-400 degrees and just heat it up for a few minutes.
