Anyone who doesn't believe in God almighty but in the fact that trees have souls and spirits dance around beneath the moon light and that the world has a soul and mother nature is a real person.

As many answers to that as there are pagans!

For me it involves honoring the earth and the turning of the year.

Some pagans believe in many god/dess(es), some believe in two (Mother and Horned God), some believe in one, and some do not believe in any (for me, they are symbolic).

Some enjoy ritual and some do not.

Some like to practice in groups or circles and some are solitary.

But generally you'll find them peaceful and earth-centered. *Generally*. Exceptions to every rule, you know.

:)
