you come across four people floating in the water. However, if you place another 3 people in your boat, your pretty much going to sink. What do you do?

How about some of us in the boat get out and allow the others in to rest while we float alongside keeping hold of the side..or something attached to the side..take it in turns.

It depends on the age of the people. If they were elderly people, they wouldn't live much longer supposively and had already lived a long time. However, if they were young children, then they wouldn't sink the boat because they don't weigh as much.
If one was elderly, two were midle aged and one was a young child, I'd have the middle aged and young child get on and if the boat still would sink, hopefully I'd give them my seat on the boat.

Trade out any people who are the water with wounds for some in the boat. Those outside the boat will just have to hold on to the sides. I don't want anyone in the water who is bleeding....that's just shark bait. Then all of our lives would be in jeopardy.

well, i would just go away. because first, if i go to take two of them, theyre all gonna wanna come and that will sink my boat. second, id rather save the many that are already on my boat then just 4 people.

Let the people hang on to the side of the boat occasionally rotating people so no one goes into hypothermia until help arrives.

I would be forced by survival instincts to leave them in the
water,,hypothermia will mercifully do it's work in a short time..
