ok its spring break. my bf was grounded till yesterday who then called me but could only talk for about 50 mins. he didnt seem happy or anything when i called, and he didnt even seem like he missed me. he says he does but idk. he never calls me back on time, sometimes not at all. but he has come to my house, then gotten in trouble for it later, and hes offered me money, but i declined cuz im not a gold digger. he comes to my youth group with me, and hes gone to all of my performances. in school he talks to me whenever he can. but lately im not sure if he cares. what do you think?

I know this may sound a bit rude to you, but I'm honestly not trying to be mean. It seems as if you're a little tied up in yourself. He's doing all that he can obviously, it just seems like the only reason he's not with you 24/7 is because his family won't allow it. His parents might be a little strict with him, but that's his family- you shouldn't expect him to disobey them just so he can spend time with you and get into more trouble for it later.
Try respecting him. He cares about you, that much is probably true, otherwise he wouldn't even bother doing half the things that he does now. You shouldn't demean his feelings for you just because he can't do everything you want him to.
He seems like a great guy, you should be so lucky to have him.

I have to be honest with you as sometimes people try not to hurt your feelings, but it has to be said. You are a "convenience" for him. He only wants you when he feels like it and if he did really care about you he would be excited to hear from you all the time. Sometimes people just get used to someone but they're not into them. You will find the right person and you won't be writing on the "ask" page as you will be 100% sure that you are with the right person. Good luck.

hm well maybe its just cuz i dont talk much but i would consider 50 min a pretty long tim to talk to someone,so if i spent 50 min talking to them i obviously care about them...its pretty sweet/caring that he goes to all your performances and goes to your youth group, as well as talking to you so much in school...so overall i think he cares about you...
however the offering money thing seems a bit...out of the ordinary..why woud he do that?

is this a joke? if a girl talked to me for 50 minutes I would be surprised she was willing to spend so long. If she spent half that much time, I would be convinced that she liked me. Even 10 minutes would be great if she was respectful.
it sounds like he is getting in trouble at home, so respect his family and don't expect him to ditch them to be with you. if you stop pushing him and respect him, maybe he will seem like he misses you more?

well sometimes us dude need space. from whatever distracting us...so we like to do things alone ..it takes time things will be back to the way they use to be :)
