Is your Pastor widely known? I mean do people outside your are know your Pastor? My Pastors name is Don Cox, he used to travel as an Evangelist for 25 years and had a show on the PTL network.
Carpetershammerer lives in Vegas, does he go to Benny Perez's church?How about those in Australia, do you go to Hillsong?
I am not saying you need to go to a large church, I am just curious.

Bennie is Assemblies of God. His church is The Church of South Las Vegas. He is much like me, we both refuse to sugar coat the gospel.

I wouldn't say our Pastor is well known. But our church is known of in our smallish city. In part because of some of our outreaches, and our dance worship festivals.
I had never heard of it before I went there... which really doesn't mean much because before I got saved, I really didn't pay much attention to "churches". Didn't want to get sucked in.
Praise God I had a change of heart!

Yes I live in Las Vegas, but have never been to Benny Perez's Church. I wonder what his religion could be?
Yes we all need to remember not to forsake the assembling of ourselves together. I usually just watch TBN, I like Pastor Hagee. He's pretty widely known. There's some other ones I like. Have you ever heard of Hal Lindsy?
I wish they had a chat room with this thing.

My pastor isn't known world wide or even US wide, but he' well known in this area. Of course with a name like Scott Peterson, he's always having to say...not THAT Scott Peterson.
I've never heard of Carpeterhshammer or Benny Perez.

I live in Lynchburg and Jerry Falwell lives up the street from me, but i don't go to his church because i think he uses the wrong bible...
I go to a smaller church not because i think its better but because I think its more of a family type atmosphere with smaller churches and people are more willing to help you out more with things you do not understand

When I got saved, GOD showed me that we don't follow a man,woman--we follow Jesus.
Jesus can talk through anybody HE wants to.
Especially the Pastors HE calls to pastor HIS flocks.
Just thought I'd throw that in!
