The question has two dimensions allow me to define it:
a) Cure without eating
b) Cure by eating
In circumstance a) the only possible reason i can think is of loosing weight and of dieting. In such case take lot of fluids like coconut water and roughage like cucumber, carrot, radish, salads. As this will not add to weight but help body to retain the water and mineral balance.
In circumstance b) start your diet with juices and fruits and slowly take heavy diets.
By the way, the ache is because body is consuming the available resource to ensure the normal brain function stays on.

Never eat immediately if you are sure, the ache is due to fasting. Have a glass of diluted fruit juice first and after few minuts you can have easily digestible semi solids like oat meal etc.

Start eating immediately is right, however eat very slowly take time to chew the food well, and eat small meals as often as you think you need them. 3-5 should be enough. (Ensure or Slim Fast is good to take when one is abstaining from food). Take a Multivitamin daily with your small meals.

Eat small meals throughout the day. if you stuff yourself in one sitting, you'll just end up feeling sick. if you havent eaten for awhile your stomach has gone into conservation mode and shrunk. so help expand it again by giving it small meals through the day. about 6 should do it.

Eat. If you're fasting or something, drink some coffee. It will help. Otherwise, you will continue to experience pain up to the third day - after the third day the pain should go away.

Eat but in moderation (either the ache is due to indigestion or due to chronic fasting).
