Your not giving us enough information. What kind of stuff??? Yes they can mate. It may be the remaining heat she is in. Just because the did mate doesn't mean the heat will stop. She will continue to have her heat until it is time for it to end.
It may be that she has an infection and she needs to go to the vets too.
In any case a trip to the vets to see what going on is in order.
OK it sounds like it is the end of her heat. Yes they will still bleed until the heat has ended. Mating does not stop the heat nor does it stop if she did get pregnant.

Well it depends on how long ago she was in heat. Heat cycle in a dog lasts about 3 weeks and yes even if she got pregnant if she is still in heat she will still bleed, just like people. She will not have another heat cycle before haveing the puppies, she will be pregnant for 58-63 days on average. If her heat cycle is over and has been then take her to a vet she may have infection that will hurt her. We had fostered a dog once that came to us pregnant and one of the pups had died in the womb and and for some reason got infected and the infection went through to the other puppies and the entire litter died and the mother almost died. So if you think she is still in heat (and it sounds like she may be) then wait it out another week. If you think she is out of heat then call your vet. Also as you are only a child please consider trying to talk to your parents aout getting the dogs spayed and neutered, it is not good to let them inbreed, there are so many birth defects that can be had from that as well as addig to the pet over population. I understand it is not in your control just ask them to, thats all you can do. I hope this helps you.

Just cause she has mated once doesn't mean she's finished her heat cycle. She could very well mate again with any dog that comes along. If you have no control over them, I suggest you spay and neuter.
You can always crate your female during heat, and leash walk her for her daily needs. That way you're in control.
Responsible pet owners always have control over their animals.

Your parents should have sorted all this out before your girl had a season both should be neutered as soon as possible.
For now I would take the girl dog to the vet and let him give her an injection to terminate any pregnancy. I think you were very mature asking for advice, as your parents don't seem to know what to do.

If she is pregnant, you have some problems on your hands, even if you are only 13. Talk to your parents, who should have taken better care of this to start with, and get her to a vet NOW! Even tho she is pregnant, they may be able to spay her, which SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE already, since you have her male littermate living with her. While you are at it, take him along and have him neutered.
If your parents aren't willing to do this, then none of you are mature enough to have these pets. In that case, please call a lab rescue to come get them.

You have control over them, take them to a vet and have them spayed and neutered. They aren't wild tigers that you can't deal with, take them to a vet and have them fixed or get a coupon from the local humane society if you're strapped for cash.
It amazes me how uninformed individuals can be when it comes to pets. No wonder pets suffer

Well, you may not like it, but you should have had control of these dogs and had her neutered before this problem arose. My dogs are outside dogs, but I still have control of them.
BUT...
The good news is that, even if he's her brother and living with her, she might not be pregnant by him. My neighbor has adopted a litter of 3 dumped dogs (1 female in the group). She got pregnant by a neighbor's dog, not by her brothers. The proof was the coloring and confirmation of the pups.
It's unclear what you mean by "will she still have stuff coming out of her"... what kind of stuff are you referring to ???? babies ? blood ? mucous looking stuff ?
You need to take her to a vet and find out if she is actually pregnant. If she's not ... get her spayed immediately!
It's unfair to allow animals to just breed and breed. It's responsible to care for them by neutering them early enough that you don't have these worries and problems come up. Also, neutering a dog prevents several health problems for them.
So... get her to a vet this week and find out IF she's pregnant... then deal with things.
As to what "stuff" might be coming out of her, you're too unclear as to what you're seeing for me to reply to that question adequately, but the vet could tell you.

they are your dogs and you DO have control over them. you should have seperated them or have her SPAYED if she isnt.
because she is a big dog, she should not have her first litter until she is around 2 years old.
This is because she is still growing. her body isnt fully developed and having a litter could seriously harm her and her pups may not be well developed.
I suggest you take her to the vets immediately to check if she is pregnant and have her SPAYED.
whatever is coming out of her could be a million things. if she is in heat, she will probably be a bit moist in that area with a little stuff coming out.

1st off there was nothing you could do when they mated
he gets stuck and theres no way to get him off till they are done.
it might be she is in heat(they get blood and stuff all over), you could take her to the vet for a shot not to get pregnant(they have those did it with my moms dog) but it might be to late for that it has to be in so many hours.
id call the vet.
